1. Inspection and Preparation: Each wooden packaging unit is inspected to ensure it is dry, clean, and ready for treatment.

2. Chamber Loading: The items are carefully placed into our large-capacity fumigation chamber, capable of treating up to 750 pallets (42" × 42") at once.

3. Gas Application: The chamber is sealed, and Methyl Bromide is introduced at regulated concentration and temperature levels. The gas penetrates deep into the wood to eliminate pests and larvae.

4. Exposure Period: The fumigated wood remains sealed for at least 24 hours to ensure full pest eradication.

5. Ventilation: After treatment, the chamber is ventilated to remove any residual gas, leaving the wood safe for handling and export use.

Each batch is documented and certified under ISPM-15 compliance, ensuring global acceptance without customs delays or rejections.
